Room and Board + Meal Options For 2012 Seminar.

Below you will find several choices regarding room and board and meal availability/pricing during the Seminar. Once the form is submitted we will not be able to accommodate any changes. Thank you.

Shady Side Academy Dining service offers freshly prepared cafeteria style cuisine with buffet options allowing for many choices and vegetarian accommodation. Dorm rooms are double occupancy only. You will need to provide your own bedding, pillow and towels.

For Overnight Students:
7 nights option.
- I will stay on campus for 7 nights (Sunday 7.29.2012 - Sunday, 8.5.2012 : check-out time is 11 am). Eat 3 meals per day (Monday-Saturday) + Dinner on the day of arrival and Breakfast on the day of departure. TOTAL FOR THIS OPTION - $345.
6 nights option.
- I will stay on campus for 6 nights (Sunday 7.29.2012 - Saturday, 8.4.2012 : check out time is 10 pm). Eat 3 meals per day + dinner on the day of arrival. TOTAL FOR THIS OPTION - $320.

Meal Plan Options.
- I would like to buy 6 lunches. Monday - Saturday. TOTAL - $50
- I would like to buy 6 dinners Monday - Saturday. TOTAL - $78
Your family and guests will have an option to purchase a dinner on campus during the final concert on Saturday August 4. As this concert tends to run longer than usual, there will be a dinner brake... Price of one dinner is $13 (You can take care of this option closer to date.)
